The business model that you’ve incorporated is well thought out and meets — no exceeds — the customer's needs and expectations I like:
*No-haggle and fair price for the vehicles
*Reasonable documentation fees
*Total purchase price was shown to me before we inspected the vehicle
*Complete disclosure of what you know about the vehicles history and repairs
*Inspecting the vehicle with Brian as he points out the most minute flaws and areas where possible prior body work was done. (Brian is more picker than I am and thats a good trait to have when selling vehicle&)
*Disclosing the work the Vail Motors has done on the vehicle and showing me the actual repair orders
*No pressure to buy an extended service warranty — Vail Motors already provides it
*Carrie handled the paperwork very efficiently and professionally
*Carrie let me test drive the vehicle on the roads I wanted to go on and uttil I was satisfied
*My additional requests were taken care of promptly
*Following up with the thank you card and photo are a nice touch
