Shipping charges are based on order value unless oversized.

Gear Up standard shipping time is 5-7 business days via Ground services. (Tires and oversized items ship via USPS or UPS Ground). Shipping requires a street address (no PO Boxes). Shipping available to USA only.

Allow 3-7 working days for delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during the Christmas season may require additional shipping days. Backorder dates are estimated times of arrival for the product to be received at Gear Up.

Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 1pm Pacific Time usually ship the same business day.

Entire order will be shipped together, if possible. However, we do send partial shipments to help get your available-in stock merchandise to you as soon as possible.

Gear Up customers will receive an email notification of the shipment along with tracking information, if available.

Any duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and payable at time of delivery. These fees are over and above the shipping cost charged by Gear Up.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Return freight paid by the customer. Returns or exchanges older than 30 days require a return authorization from our customer service department. Please call customer service, 877-874-7544, to receive an approval for your delayed return.

Returns For Refund

On each item returned for refund instead of exchange, there may be a restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.

Exchanges

There is no restocking fee, however the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

Returns/Exchanges for Model Specific Products

Any products returned for refund or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THE PART YOU ORDER IS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part.

Wrong Item Received

Gear Up will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges.

Clearance and Closeout Items

There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance and closeout or items.

Package Deal Returns For Refund

If you return any item from a package deal for a refund, the items that are kept from the package deal revert to regular pricing; customer will receive refund of the remainder after pricing has been recalculated to reflect the original pricing of package deal contents. We suggest that you exchange the item rather than refund the item in order to avoid price changes.

Package Deal Exchanges

If you need to exchange any package deal item for a different size or color, we will accommodate you if possible. We cannot allow exchanges for package deals that contain items that are discontinued or no longer available. All exchanges are subject to availability and must be within 30 days of receipt date.

Shipping Instructions

Return using your desired courier. Gear Up recommends UPS or USPS. Customer pays return shipping charges. Insure shipment for full value of purchase to avoid loss or damage caused by the carrier. Use original Gear Up packaging. Be sure to securely tape and pack the return shipment. Gear Up is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return Limitations

Electrical, ignition, discontinued and special order items are not returnable. Videos and DVDs must be unopened and in original packaging. Merchandise purchased through GearUpAZ.com can be dropped off for return at Gear Up Retail Store, however, we may not be able to process the refund or exchange at the time of the drop off. Your refund would be credited through the mail within 1-2 business days.

Damaged, Missing Contents

If you receive a shipment that has been damaged or is missing parts that you ordered, please call Gear Up toll free 877-874-7544 and report the damaged or missing contents. Please do not ship the products to Gear Up until instructed. It is very important to keep the packaging materials that the shipment arrived in. UPS will not honor any claim if the shipping materials have been discarded. All claims are paid to the shipper; we will settle the claim with courier.
